Abstract

This commentary reflects the most recent case law of the Supreme Court on urban development agreements based on a decision of the Directorate General of Registries and Notaries of 5 August 2013 concerning the rejection of an application to cancel the registration of a land transfer in favour of a City Council based on a planning and management agreement whose revocation was justified by its consideration as an act of mere liberality of the transferor.
