Abstract

The change of the implementation system by the urban planning authority in areas subject to integrated development actions raises, for the purposes of its record in the Land Registry, the issue of the grounds justifying such a decision, bearing in mind that these grounds do not always stem from breaches of the duties and obligations inherent to the system and that, moreover, not every breach necessarily constitutes a planning infringement.
