Graphic representation of properties in the land registry

Abstract

This paper analyses the procedures for registering graphic representations in property registries and systematises the doctrine of the General Directorate of Legal Security and Public Faith in the interpretation and application of Law 13/2015 on Cadastre/Registry coordination. This law has brought about a radical change in land registry law, as it extends the effects of legitimation to physical data when the graphic representation is registered and coordinated with the Cadastre.
