Abstract

After  the  couple  crisis,  the  family nucleus is organized differently, and  it  is  necessary to  establish in  the  resolution that   regulates  the  parent-child measures as  the  tasks  of  the  parents   included in  the  scope  of  parental  authority will  be carried  out. One of the duties of the parent  incardinated in the area of parental  authority, is to have  the  children in  their  company, an end  that  after the  crisis  will  only  be pos- sible in an alternating way  because  they  have  broken the coexistence of the couple. Being  the  right  of  relationship of  minors with their  parents   essential for  the normal development of those,  the legal system must guarantee its protection, through mechanisms that  ensure  its  proper  exercise. Not  only  is the  right  of minors’ relationship with their  parents  guaranteed, but it is also  done  with respect  to grandparents and  other  relatives  and  relatives.
