The need to obtain general purposes by the foundations
Keywords:
Founder, Foundational goals, General interest, Beneficiaries Generic communitiesAbstract
The foundations do a great job in our society. Its constitution depends on the will of a founder. Will that is embodied in the founding statutes must establish a foundational purpose, according to that will but also to the law. The determination of the foundational purpose and its fulfillment allows the existence of the foundation provided that its beneficiaries are not identified, that is why it is a matter of ascertaining if only the generic collectivities of persons are the beneficiaries of the foundational purposes.
