Legitimate inheritance and disinheritance in Foral Law

Abstract

As we will see throughout this article, we will encounter very different inheritance systems: In some foral laws the inheritance rights of ascendants regulated in spanish common law is not contemplated, likewise we will find in several foral legislations a right of maintenance of a succession nature and we will even analyse a system with absolute freedom of testament.
