Abstract

The decision of the Directorate General for Legal Security and Public Faith of 27 June 2022 deals with the requirements for the registration of a public deed formalising the segregation of a portion of land destined for a public road on consolidated urban land for its free transfer to a City Council with the simultaneous declaration of new construction of a single-family dwelling on the remaining property.
