Abstract

One  of  the  means of  determination of  the  filiation is  for  judicial judgment by means of the exercise of the action of claim  with or without possession of  condition and  interest  legitimize. To  the  determination of  the  not  matrimonial paternal  and mother filiation especially the one that takes place for judicial judgment, the  problematics that  it  raises  and  the  effects  that  stem   from  the  already  certain filiation it is the  object  of the  present  study.
