Abstract

This  commentary  analyzes the  gap between the  doctrine followed by the Administrative Litigation Chambers and  the General  Directorate  of Registries and  Notaries in order to settle the regime  of the legal subrogation of the acquirer  of real state  in the urban duties and  obligations of the transferor and  the real liability of  properties  subject to  a plot-redivision process  for  the  payment of  urbanization expenses and,  in  particular, the  regime  of their  effectiveness against  third  parties.
