Abstract

The 21st century, the progressive advance of new technologies, and social networks, have revealed the necessary protection of the fundamental rights affected. We have focused on some of the issues that reach our Courts in relation to the right to image and its connection with the protection of personal data. The scenarios have changed, problems arise regarding the use of photos taken from private network accounts. We point out some questions and challenges for the legislator, as well as the existing changes in the jurisprudential field.
