Abstract

The author of this article defends that the cause is not the phenomenon that produces an effect, since such a function is verified by an action. The cause is no more than the mental relationship that Man makes between an action and its effect, the result of previously lived experiences in which both phenomena occurred without interruption or discontinuity. This would cause a shift in the traditional conception of the cause, limiting it to a purely connective role, ceasing to be present in the agreements and not serving to justify a legitimate patrimonial situation.
