Complementary operations to amend or adjust previous plot-redivision projects: content, conditions and limits

Abstract

This  commentary seeks  to  compile the  most relevant  pronounce- ments of the  case law  and  the  doctrine of the  General  Directorate  of Registries and Notaries about the  complementary operations to  amend or  adjust plot-redivision projects,  in order to systematize the regime applicable  to them, with analysis of their concept, classes,  scope  of  application, limits and  their  administrative and  urban planning requirements, as well as the  circumstances related  to their  registration in the  Property  Registry.
