Identity of rules to solve internal and international conflicts of law. Precedent and preset: special reference to conflicts regarding family and successions

Abstract

This  paper  analyzes the  rules  to  solve  conflicts of Law  applicable now  in  Spain in  questions related  to family and  inheritance issues, both  from  the internal or international perspective, trying  to determine whether or not  our  actual system is a unitary or diversified one.
