Abstract

In  a situation of  economic need  involves a son  or a daughter of legal age with disabilities there are several protection options in our  legislation. The options we study include alimony but  also  the  possibility that  through a donation or  bequest or  legacy of  the  right of habitation the  needs  of  shelter or housing of that legal age child  with a disability who  lacks  economic resources are somehow fulfilled. We analyse these existing protection possibilities for these children, distinguishing the situations of  minority and  of  legal age, and  within this  class,  if  the child  has  a disability or not.
