Change of use in condominium: housing and sharing accommodation.

The use or destination of a flat in a building on which there has been established a regime of horizontal property decides to different levels and with different scope: from the constitutive title of horizontal property where there is established the destination that grants him in the urban development plan, up to the specific or concrete destination that can be given to a certain exclusive element in the bylaws. This first established use can be changed, but how can we do that? Can the owner change it or it is necessary the agreement with the rest of coowners? We analyze the possibilities of this change of use, with special reference at the rate of housing to tourist destination, in the cases in which a residential property is destined to tourist or sharing housing.
