Abstract

The old problems derived  from  neighborly relations are manifested in  a much more  special  way  in  the  buildings on  which a horizontal property  re- gime  (condominium) has  been  constituted. In  fact,  sharing land,  roof,  and  other common elements, makes that  the  property  limitations derived  from  the  relations with the  co-owners neighbors, be a continuous source  of  conflicts. It  is  intended to reflect on  this  paper on  whether the  tourist activity, in  a flat —privative element in  a condominium—, rented  completely and  in  perfect  conditions of  housing for short  periods  of  time  to  tourists or guests  (home sharing), can  generate  or cause discomfort, becoming an annoying activity, and  how  to deal with it by the owners.
