Abstract

The occupancy is a limited real right of use on a strange house, through wich the tenant can use for the purpose of housing a room in a house owned by another person. This right is different from the right of use, but has similarities with it. We intend to study its concept, purpose and peculiarities delimited by the jurisprudence; in a particular way, its inscription, its object and the requirements that are demanded from the principle of specialty and the examination of the problems that it presents.
