Chronicle of References for Preliminary Rulings Submitted to the CJEU by the Supreme Court Regarding Acceleration and Default Interest

Abstract

In an order of 8 February 2017 and another of 22 February 2017, the Supreme Court asked the Court of Justice of the European Union for preliminary rulings on the correct interpretation of the consequences ensuing in cases of acceleration clauses and default interest clauses held to be abusive, to ensure that said consequences conform to European Union law.
