International and interregional conflicts of laws in relation to the Foral Civil Law of Navarra: successions problems

Abstract

The main provisions on internal conflicts of laws of the Fuero Nuevo are analyzed, both in relation to the civil residence as to the delimitation of the scope of application of the Law of Navarra. Studying the constitutionality problems that may arise from its practical application and their possible update. In any case, their relationship with international conventions and with the European Regulations is taken into acount.
