Analysis of the resolution of 29th july 2016 which équites the case of out of regulation with the nonfeasance of the mínimum size of the plot to allow its segregation. However, the situation of out of regulation refers to buildings as opposed to a new plan, whereas the case of the resolution, that can determine the right to an indemnization, refers to the institution of the singular linkage, admitted by the Supreme Court.
