Peru: New technologies in the service registration. The digital signature

Abstract

The paper focuses on the use of digital signature in the registration procedure in Peru, specifically in the registration procedure the act of incorporation of micro and small enterprises. This procedure is dictated in the context of government policies to improve the business climate and prevent counterfeiting of notarial documents filed in the Registry of Companies administered by the National Superintendency of Public Registries.
