Third Sector and foundations in bankruptcy

Abstract

The so-called «third sector» also succumbs to the economic crisis. In this context there are several foundations that being in a situation of severe insolvency have been declared insolvent. The insolvency of the entities of the «social economy» presents vicissitudes and peculiarities that will be examined throughout this work. This article focus on the consequences of an insolvency in the personal and patrimonial field of the board of trustees in a foundation.
