Abstract

The conditions of joint-title deeds are not real right, they are present in all royal rights from the moment two or more people share a right on an undivided property. Their practical development in Cuba today has been diversified and in many occasions it is not valued with depth the complexity of the institute. The legislative radicals modifications that have happened since 2011 in urban real estate matter have generated a different look, from the statute of the autonomy of the will, to the abilities of the proprietor’s disposition, being verified today the fragmentation of the unique domain to give birth to the conditions of joint-title deeds. That forces to determine with clarity the content and reach of the precepts of the joint-title conditions at the light of the Cuban Civil Code.
