Abstract

To buy a home is essential to have good advice that allow us to be well informed and know our rights in order to avoid possible abuses by the seller. The clauses of the sales contract must be written clearly and transparently, so as to allow the purchaser understand the contract. These terms must respect the principles of good faith and fair balance between the rights and obligations of equal parts without using unfair terms. In this paper I will try to analyze what are the most frequent and its regulation in the jurisprudence.
