The offering of payment and records in the new Law 15/2015, of July 2, Voluntary Jurisdiction

Abstract

This work comes to develop judicial provision in the new law on voluntary jurisdiction. This Act incorporates into our system a new separate process from common, characterized by conceptual autonomy whose files are shared between the judicial authorities, court clerks, notaries and registrars, who is entrusted with matters relating to the individual, family, probate, obligations contracts, auctions, allocations, among others.
