Abstract

The theory of the legal entity that regulates the new Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation aims to build a general system applicable to all legal persons. Legal entities are not an independent institution, but are regulated within the conceptual unity that person receives in the legal world. The human person must have a legal status, it covers the self as a teleological unity; however, the legal entity is recognized considering a special purpose recognized by law and protect and promote interests.
