Abstract

This paper aims to examine the legal status of inheritance succession in respect of adopted sons. We study if they should be excluded of the succession by the principle of consanguinity and must prevail the eligibility for other collateral relatives of the same blood of the founder. In this sense, it is necessary to consider if the principles and constitutional mandates are be applied on one side, or the historic regulation should be maintained, however, even the possibility that the noble titles lose their distinctive features.
