Abstract

There is no legislation or established court doctrine of which legal practitioners can avail themselves in order to act with reasonable certainty regarding the distribution of legal standing between a bank that has issued mortgage bonds and its bondholders (Court of First Instance Number 1 of Fuenlabrada, decree of 6 March 2015).
