Again on the contracts groups in the Consumer Credit again: Jurisprudence contributions from the perspective of Law 16/2011 of June 24th of Consumer Credit

Abstract

Law 16/2011, June 24th of Consumer Credit incorporated into national Law the Directive 2008/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 23 2008, concerning consumer credit contracts, and repealed Law 7/1993 of March 23 of Consumer Credit. In order to raise the consumer protection level, this Law has modified in several aspects the previous regulation. In this place it reflects only on one on this aspects, the linkage between the consumer credit and the financing contract. This study is tackled both from the perspective of the contribution of Jurisprudence as well as personal considerations carried out under the force of Law 7/1995 concerning the groups of contracts.
