This study tackles a case decided by the Supreme Court, in which it was necessary to have decided if there was in accordance with Law, the opposition from a Board of Owners to install a chair, arm or elevator that provides access to a swimming pool to persons with disability. On the occasion of this consideration there are analyzed the various changes that have been articles 10, 17 and 18 of Horizontal Property Law.
