MORTGAGE IN GANANCIAL PROPERTY SYSTEM AND MATRIMONIAL CRISIS.

Abstract

Just before the current economic crisis, mortgages were absolutely frequent. Very often, their purpose was the acquisition of matrimonial domicile. When there is a ganancial property system and matrimonial crisis arises, it becomes necessary to make a decision about the mortgage loans payment. This problem will be discussed, focussing on recent jurisprudence of the Spanish Supreme Court.
