GUARDIANSHIP BY A LEGAL ENTITY. SOME GUIDELINES FOR ITS REFORM.

Abstract

The current rules on guardianship exercised by a legal entity must be completed to address the problems its increasing practical application has generated. At the same time needs to be adapted to the content of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006). Given this need for reform, this paper aims to provide a set of guidelines or proposals that may be a guidance to carry out that task.
