Abstract

The rent for life given to one of the consorts presents many problems actually and there wise the actual Family Law, in the ambit of matrimonial processes tenders to the concession of a temporal rent, and this clause is added in regulatory agreement, but also in claims, because it's abusive the firm of a life-long rent. Obviously, the firm of a temporal rent for one of the consorts is more equitable.
