Abstract

The problems and legal consequences of the erroneous identification of property registration and cadastral plots are common in most of the countries. Farms are often poorly identified in many cases because the definition and boundaries set in the registry do not match the current territorial boundaries result, in most cases, the precise current measurement methods and application procedures satellite identification. The land parcels in the past, not clearly identified as to ownership of the property, this results in discrepancies between registry and cadastre procedures that result in cadastral and registration correction.
