LA REFORMA HIPOTECARIA DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DEL MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA.

Abstract

The current situation of the real estate market makes it necessary to reform mortgage law to make it possible to offer new products, to relax the rigid rules applicable to mortgages, and particularly to lower the hurdle posed by the rule of the accessory nature of mortgages. This is what the government bill to reform the mortgage market endeavours to do. The bill is currently in parliament and was coordinated at the Ministry of Justice by the author of this paper.
