Abstract

Act 2/2007 of 15 March on professional partnerships consecrates the principle under which the acting professionals (be they partners or not) and the professional partnership are severally liable in connection with the debts of the partnership stemming from professional practice, to secure third parties; in our opinion, this is done by adopting existing solutions from case law in analogous cases where the person causing damage is indeterminate or the causes are uncertain, even where there is liability for an act not one's own.
