Abstract

The new Civil Proceeding Act makes the dissolution of a matrimonial economic partnership retroactive to the time of the matrimonial lawsuit, although its formal extinction must be connected to the finality of the separation, divorce or annulment decision. This implies that articles 95 and 1392 C are tacitly amended.
