Abstract

This is another modern contribution to the express or tacit influence of the illustrious Castilian author Francisco Salgado de Somoza (Labyrintus Creditorum Concurrentium) and the 2003 Law on Meetings of Creditors. It especially discusses the concentration of some exceptions in the heart of the matter and their infrequent application in the Law on Meetings of Creditors. To overlook this splendid author in regard to all of Europe, where he has been and is known and respected, is an especially serious matter.
