Abstract

Custody of minors, joint custody and the regime of communication and visits of parents, grandparents, relatives and relatives is in continuous evolution. So that there is always a new point that needs to be qualified in order to seek balance and equity between the cohabitation regime of each parent with the children, or of the grandparents, relatives or relatives in their visitation regime, and, the circumstances of the family situation in each specific case in order to preserve, above all, the guarantee of the rights of all parties, but preferential in any case, the best interests of minors.
