Abstract

The need to act with the owners of land in the course of reparcelling processes requires both the Administration and the urban development bodies legally entrusted with the development of the initial acts of the process to monitor with special attention the performance of those preliminary actions aimed at identifying and locating them, In this task it is important, in the first place, the pronouncements of the Land Registry due to the presumption of ownership that the registry entries provide and, subsequently, the alternatives that the system offers in a subsidiary manner to guarantee the formal and material legality of the actions through the correct definition of the complete list of affected land owners.
