Abstract

The deed of incorporation of the Compensation Board is insufficient to identify all the land owners in the reparcelling process, which is why it is not justified to include it with the Reparcelling Project for its registration in the Land Registry. On the other hand, it also deals with the case of a new reparcelling project when essential modifications are made to a previous one that has already been approved or, in another case, when its purpose is the correction of mere errors through so-called complementary legal operations.
