Abstract

This paper analyses the procedure of conciliation, an Alternative dispute resolution system (ADS) conducted by the Land Registrar in Spain and ruled by article 103 bis of the Spanish Land registration act introduced by the Act for the Resolution of Non-contentious Disputes.
