Abstract

The suspension of the prescriptive and expiration periods agreed by the provision 4ª of RD 463/2020 of March 14, refers not only to the extinctive prescription periods, but also to the usucaption periods. After the suspension has been lifted, after the ordinary periods established by law have ended, all the calendar days on which they were suspended must be added.
