Abstract

Law 13/2015 has been one of the most extensive modifications of the Mortgage Law, since 1946. Continuing with the purpose of elaborating an evolutionary interpretation of Law 13/2015 and its repercussion on the mortgage principles, which we outlined in the first of the articles in this series, in this fifth installment we deal with the geographical repercussions of the principle of successive tract, derived from the chain of ownership of the right and the vicissitudes that it goes through in the registry folio, so that the ownership and the object of the right that the seat proclaims.
