Disposition mortis causa of digital data. The so called digital testament

Abstract

The present study is going to centre on the analysis of the digital testament as regulated in the law 3/2018, of 5 decembre on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights. We will also make timely reference to your treatment in the law 10/2017 of 27 of june of digital wills of Catalonia and in the judgment of the constitutional court of January 17, 2019 regarding the constitutionality or no of the norm. Finally, we will referer the those foreign regulations close to our environment that this figure also develops.
