Community society: confession of community property, voluntary attribution of community property and right of reimbursement.

Abstract

The present study is going to center on the analysis of the confession of common property, also on the voluntary attribution of community property  that is bases on the free hiring of spouses that supposes an objective extension of the common patrimony and in the exercises of the right of reimbursement, balancing instrument of patrimonies whose effectiveness takes places in the liquidation of the community of property.
