Article 1035 of the civil law, and the collation as a method of distribution and advance payment of the inheritance if there are forced heirs

Abstract

The basic assumptions of the wording of article 1035 of the law spanish common Civil Code and method of distribution, as a rule of distribution and advance payment of the inheritance, mean that if there are forced heirs, snacking can only take place between forced heirs. For its part, and with regard to the computation of the legitimate one, it will be applicable if there are donations that could harm the legitimate ones.
