Abstract

The present study is going to analysis of the right of visit, communication and stay in a situation of abandonment. In addition, to the appropriate treatment implied by the declaration of abandonment and the assumption of the guardianship by the competent public entity, we will also make special reference to the eventual suspension of such right of visits and of those generally granted to the no custodial parent, grandparents and others relatives as a result of the state of alert established by Royal Decree Lew 463/2020 of 14 march consequences of the health crisis motivated by the pandemic of Covid-19 by the pandemic of and how such breach of visiting right, communication and stay of minors will be substantiated, when the state of alarm ends.
