Abstract

The new legislation on the administrative procedure and the legal regime of the Public Sector has raised serious doubts about the legal scheme to which notifications and communications between property registrars and Public Administrations must be submitted, inside and outside the registration procedure. The author is favorable to an integrative interpretation of those administrative rules and the registral legislation, in a favorable way to the modernizing purpose of the legislator, to the extent permitted by the registral principles.
