Abstract

The decisión of 21 June 2017 raise, on one side, the conditions under which the urban liability can be registered in the land registry regarding the fulfilment of the obligations attributable to the landowner and, on the other hand, the position of the third party after a plot redivision process without taking the respective obligations once the urban liability has been already cancelled.
